J’avais Ansarudeen World. Que s’est-il passé ?

Ansarudeen World est devenue Al-Fatih.

How do I make the text bigger?

Tap the Aa button at the top of the home or reading screen. Choose one of the four sizes. The change applies at once, everywhere in the app.

How do I get a black background or high contrast?

In Aa, under Colours, choose Dark or High contrast, yellow. Yellow on black is the easiest to read for many people with weak eyesight.

How does the counter work?

While reading, tap the big green button or the text itself: each tap counts one, with a light vibration. When the number is reached, tap Next. The −1 button undoes an extra count.

How do I change the translation language?

In Aa, under Language, choose English or Français. The translation and the menus change together. To hide the transliteration, choose Off under Show transliteration.

What is the Awrad Bank?

A place for your recitation goals, for example 12,000 Salat al-Fatih in a month. Add what you have recited with the +1, +10, +100 buttons or another number. The app shows how many are left each day.

Your goals stay on your phone. They are deleted if you uninstall the app.

How does a prayer circle work?

In Awrad Bank, tap Join prayer circles and choose how you appear: just your name, your One Africa account or your Solidarity account. Then Create a circle: pick the wird, the total and the period. Share the link or the code on WhatsApp.

Each member adds their recitations with +1, +10, +100 or another number. The total of all members shows for the whole circle.

How do I join a circle with a code?

Open the link you received, or in Awrad Bank, type the six-character code in Invite code or link and tap Join.

How do I delete my circles account?

Tap Aa, then at the very bottom Delete my account and my counts, and tap again to confirm. Everything is deleted at once.

Do I need the internet?

Not for reading and counting: Al-Fatih works offline. Only prayer circles need the internet.

I had Ansarudeen World. What happened?

Ansarudeen World has become Al-Fatih. The update replaces the old app. The old features (accounts, posts) are no longer available.

Will the works of Shaykh Ibrahima Niass be added?

Yes, with the family’s permission. They already appear in the Library marked “Coming soon”.
